Editorial Policy

This editorial policy explains how Drawinging creates educational drawing content. It is designed to keep lessons useful, cannibalization-safe, and transparent.

Topic selection

Topics are chosen from keyword research, category balance, evergreen demand, and trademark safety. Character or brand subjects are held for review and are not auto-published.

Keyword ownership

Every tutorial owns exactly one primary focus keyword and exact-match permalink. Closely related variants such as “easy”, “simple”, and “step by step” are covered on the same page when intent overlaps.

Review process

Before publication, pages are checked for duplicate focus keywords, overlapping category intent, broken links, missing worksheets, and placeholder text. Validation scripts support this process.

Updates

Tutorials may be updated when steps improve, images are replaced, or internal links change. The updated date on each page reflects material revisions.

Image policy

We use original local assets and placeholders. We do not scrape competitor artwork or imply affiliation with trademarked characters.
